Bob Boucher of Astroflight design these two craft with sport
and competition in mind. In simple duration competition both craft
do well and rarely shame the pilot with poor returns.
Both craft are quick to respond to lift and on some days the concern
may be how to get them down safely.
Since being back on the market by Spirit of Yesteryear the craft
have undergone minor changes to the structure and now feature
laser cut ribs for superb accuracy and fit.
These pretty looking craft are quick, easy and straightforward
to build and are perfect for Astro motors.
Despite the small size the mini challenger will take seven cells
while its larger mate will handle
eight to ten cells.
