This 90% version of S.A.M. Hall of Famer Herb Greenberg's Red Zephyr is perfect for gentle electric flying on seven cells and a modest cost geared motor.
The plan shows gas conversion and an extra thick fire wall is also included in the kit. The ribs are laser cut and other parts are CNC router cut. Not a kit to be built overnight the Zephyr will show pride for the owner when finished in the traditional red and white colours with sunburst design.
Pre-bent landing gear and hardware package are included in the kit.
The control of the rudder is a pull-pull method and the elevator is traditional push-pull. Light weight radio gear and speed control is our choice for any quiet flighter model. The Zephyr is perfect for a classic look at 1930's modeling.
